Ok, I am so partial to smooth and milky chocolate that sometimes it honestly feels like my life revolves around it. How people cannot want to eat chocolate 24/7 is one thing but when I hear about people who don’t care much for chocolate (like my grandpa!) my heart weeps.Sometimes I feel people need to appreciate the beautiful things in life and name one thing with the grace, sophistication and variety of fine chocolate…
Ok, so I have been cooking for maybe 2 years before I started taking some pictures of what I cook. And it has only started in late 2011 where I thought I might like to start this blog so I earnestly began taking photos of every single dish plated up. So in case you thought I had forgotten to post roughly 50 more posts of my past baking, I haven’t but have decided to just post up what I make as of now with photos and a story.
Here are a couple of lists of my past unrecorded endeavours. If you want the recipe of any, give me a buzz and it will be posted – and knowing me, with a picture as well as I have a tendency to think “Oh my gosh, haven’t made this in a
while, let’s make it!”
Note that I have not included the ones I thought were average recipes or my failures. if you want to know, give me a buzz and I can post them up to (especially since the failures were kind of my fault!)
P.S. I haven’t posted up my collection of drinks, sweet sauces or icings – if you specifically want one, just give my email a buzz and I’ll post one up just for you if I have what you are looking for
– And I promise when and as I make the ice cream and drinks’ recipes they will have their own posts!

I know, how partial am I, a whole section of dessert called chocolate and I just toss the rest into the non-chocolate category. But you know what, I consider this totally fair since my entire health-conscious family annoys me so much by asking for non-chocolate dishes all the time (they are so partial)!!! These dishes, yes do not contain chocolate, but are so flavoursome and note-worthy that I could happily live solely on them on a desserted (I meant deserted) island
Remember, you can email anytime you want something from this list

I think I said this before and will say it again. You, should have a Journal Cookbook. Many of us would certainly purchase it! Your writings, passions, photos, recipes, family, and everything else combined would be a best seller, and possibly even a food show! Stay with it, you have a bright future!
Haha you are much too sweet my friend
– perhaps one day, it is indeed a dream!
I actually could say the same for you, how you manipulate desserts and especially chocolate is inspiring
Cheers

Funny, although I LOVE chocolate, I get annoyed when my family asks me for chocolate dishes or complain that a cake or something isn’t chocolate. I just like the variety and yeah, a little health conscious, but they are not. I would like to see a Marshmallow Shortcake. Sounds interesting.
Haha, my family is the opposite – most chocolate dishes I make are 1/4 of the recipe and if it is non-chocolate, then 1/2 – no one in my family really eats sweet except me and my grandpa (but how much can he eat? certainly not like me!)
I have the health consciousness of well, actually my mum keeps it in check for me
The marshmallow shortcake is a delicious and easy treat – I am not sure when I will be able to make it since it has gelatin and my Indian family are kind of eat-it-if-you-have-to so maybe I can when I am going to a friends – in the meantime, I will email you the recipe
Cheers
